"Everyone besides the cashier was very nice to me. After picking up a sub I purchased online I proceeded to purchase something separate before leaving. I walked up the line with my sub in hand(I already paid for online) and my product. The cashier then yelled at me and accused me of stealing. I showed her the receipt said “paid online” and she was still rude and wouldn’t apologize to me. I purchased my item and left after she admitted she was wrong. The experience was very upsetting. It’s fine to have a misunderstanding but not apologizing to your customers after realizing you’re wrong is unacceptable."
"I came to Publix to pick up hotdogs, Publix popcorn and Diet Coke before a movie. They are out of Publix popcorn, the only reason I come to this Publix. When I asked them to make some they said they were out. Sounds like bad management. Popcorn does not go bad. If you run out double your buy."
