"Poor communication and left us hanging. We decided to go with Dave for repairs to our pool cage and was told that they would take care of it “the end of next week.” There was no exact date or time given, but I wasn’t too worried because their company came recommended by a friend. I figured they would show up and get it done. Friday morning before 8am I get an invoice sent requesting payment and a good google review. I thought that seemed off putting since the job hadn’t even been completed yet. Well Friday afternoon rolls around and no one had shown up or reached out to advise. So I email them, and get a response back that they didn’t realize no one had shown up yet. After that correspondence, crickets. No one bothers to follow up, nothing. Saturday morning I reach out yet again to let them know we are not interested in moving forward and get a lengthy excuse of why the no show. What kind of legitimate company can’t even bother to communicate with a customer that no one will be there? Even a simple text to say that the job is delayed would’ve been nice. Communication is key people!!"
