"I burn incense to this company. They diagnosed my laptop, tried valiantly to fix it...sadly it was beyond repair and frozen. I asked if they had any refurbished laptops I could buy, and they DID...a sweet Dell at a great price that put my old Lenovo to shame. They indicated they would try to recover my data and transfer it if possible. And BOY...did they! When I picked up my new Dell, all was explained to me and I was shown why my Lenovo failed, and what they tried to do. I was given my drive and they disposed of the carcass. Then I was shown my new Dell. THEY WERE ABLE TO TOTALLY CARBON COPY MY OLD LAPTOP - it looked exactly like my old desktop, right down to the Theme, files, applications and settings! I lost ZERO time getting operational! I lost NOTHING from my frozen, dead laptop! Talk about the extra mile...all while courteously keeping in contact on the status, timing, options... I had previously taken this to a competitor, who misdiagnosed a few things and returned it to me supposedly fixed but still broken. Creative Computer is my go-to for anything, now and forever!"
