"Took a dated Bose radio/CD changer in, paid a nominal bench charge of $85.00 for them to look at the unit to see if it could be repaired. Told I would receive a call back in a couple of days. Got a call back the next day with the bad news, sorry the unit is beyond repair.Owner took the time to explained what was wrong and why it could not be repaired. For those of you that have never been to a repair shop before, this is what a repair should look like. Units everywhere, waiting for inspection, parts, or owner to pick their unit up. If the shop didn't look this way I think I would be disappointed and maybe even a little skeptical that this might not be the right repair shop for me. While I was disappointed that the unit could not be repaired, I was pleased with the prompt return phone call and the information the owner provided to tell why it could not be repaired. I will return next time I have an electronic problem without hesitation."

"Never take your item to this place. This is the worst place of business I went to in 20 years. Please check this man's reviews they are true. I didn't check the reviews until after I took a dvd/ vcr recorder for Repair to metro Electronic &Repair, Inc. Which was to late. The said owner told me that he would charge me $85 for the repair plus the part (s) if needed. Two days later he called me and said he couldn't fix it do I want him to keep it, I said no. I told him since he couldn't fix it what did he charge for just looking at it. This guy took $85 from me to look at it for nothing. I understand paying him a rearsonable price for checking the recorder out but not $85 for saying he couldn't fix it. After picking up the recorder the guy came out side and took pictures of my car because I told him I was reporting him to the BBB."

"This is not an honest business. I called Bernie to tell him that I have a 3 year old 65" Samsung TV that had picture focus issues. Because the TV was under warranty and I already bought a replacement, I offered to sell it to him, so that he can either use it for parts or repair it and sell it for a profit. I didn't feel right throwing a good looking, big flat screen TV in the dumpster. Bernie agreed to pay me $50 for the TV. When I arrived at his business with the TV, Bernie had me bring it inside. Turned it on to verify it works. Then he pulls out his wallet and says: "I've only got 40 bucks." He knew I was coming today, and that we agreed on $50. He never called to tell me not to come, or that he wanted to re-negotiate. I took the TV and left, and threw it in the dumpster. If Bernie had said $40 on the phone, I would have likely accepted. But he tried to take advantage of the fact that I was already there, with the big TV, to go back on his word. Maybe he thought I would just let is slide. I would rather waste 30 minutes than be taken advantage of. I never leave poor business reviews. I think this is my first one. But be forewarned. I've learned in life that if someone's word is not kept in the little things, it usually won't be in the big things either. I would avoid this business."

"Bernie did an excellent job on my desktop computer. I had taken my computer to Best buy they charged me more money held it for 2 weeks and I still had the same problems. However, Bernie took it in for overnight and gave it back next day! had it plugged in the store and showed me that my virus is gone! I couldn't be more happy about the service and experience! Its obvious to me now that Best Buy had kids working there and Mr. Bernie is a gentleman with many years experience in electronics. I recommend his services to anyone looking for electronic repairs. He is polite, friendly and professional and a quick repair turnaround too. When I need more electronics repairs, I'll come here first."
