"Tech man was here to service our fire table. He immediately noticed our gas connection was not on. He then proceeded to unscrew the burner from its base stating it will help with air getting around the burner allowing it to work better. We’ll it did not work better. In fact it caused the fire table to shut itself off after a few minutes. $225 for absolutely nothing."

"I looked all over for a company to install a gas fireplace on my lanai. None of the Fireplace Companies could fit me in. So…. I ordered the fireplace from North Country and Gas Services agreed to do the install. Took them 1 hr to complete the installation. I’m very happy. Very reasonable pricing as well."

"Only 38 reviews, business must be going well. Todays review topic is: Employee Accountability & Company Pride. I had the absolute misfortune of running into a female employee (manager’s girlfriend/ daughter) today, how did I get so lucky. I was driving directly behind her when she decided to make a sharp right turn into a parking spot at the local Racetrac. As we both exited our respective vehicles I KINDLY reminded her, that the company car has indicators. She could have cared less. I also reminded her that she is driving a company car, on the companies insurance, again, she could care less. Since she obviously didn’t care, I told her I didn’t fudging care, it’s her jobs insurance not mine. I must had to have struck a neuron because she called me a beach. Mind you, I had not once called her out her name, which I don’t know and I only stated facts to her about driving a company car. Anywhoooos fast forward past me waiting for her outside the gas station, a few men showed up to save her and her smart mouth. I don’t know if it was a manager, the owner, & her boyfriend whomever but, they heard me out on what the situation was. I clearly expressed to him that I wanted an apology from her and he didn’t even entertain the idea. If you’re going to be disrespectful to strangers, stand on it. If you’re going to drive the company car with the logo plastered all over it, adhere to traffic rules and remember you represent your company. We are wayyyyy past that apology, they “hired” her, so they know what kind of a monster she is."

"Everyone at Gas Service Center was very nice, professional, and responsive and we were scheduled in a timely manner. Our technician, David, was excellent! He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and communicated and explained everything he was doing. He is also a very hard worker and stayed late on a Friday night to finish instead of running out on us. I highly recommend him and Gas Service Center."

"They promptly responded when I called for service. An appointment was set and they showed up on-time. (This already sets them apart from other service providers I’ve used) The service tech was professional and immediately found the problem. The price quoted was expensive, but fair. He completed the work as promised in a professional manner. The only issue I have is that he was unable to present an invoice as that is scheduled to come from their office. I did give him payment at completion without an invoice but I would have preferred to have a written invoice. I would use their service again."
