"What a great experience! Matt M., the technician was on time and very pleasant. He got right to work on the AC maintenance. He also went above and beyond with some other technical questions that I had. He was professional and didn’t push an upgrade. My home’s AC system is aging and does need to be replaced and Matt also suggested this, but wasn’t pushy about it at all, just honest about what needed to be done in the future (which I was aware of). Also, interacting with the office staff setting up the appointment was seamless and pleasant. I had to call the day before my appointment and switch from morning to afternoon, due to my work schedule. The office staff member (I didn’t get her name) was very kind and helpful with making this change. I definitely recommend United Mechanical!"
