The part arrives- as they estimated a few day later-bring the phone in and I'm told we'll have it done in 45 min. So having lunch, and into the resturant walks the tech ( sorryI didn't get his name) and he says "Your speaker is fine the wire connection just came loose, I plugged it back in and it's working fine. May have happened from dropping the phone here's your phone NO CHARGE." First off Thank you for fixing my phone! But WOW, If that doesn't speaks volumes on a business that runs on honesty & integrity I don't know what does. I highly recommend!"
