"Joey B contacted me when he was on his way to my house. He shows up EXACTLY at 8:00 and came to my door. He introduces himself and begins with the outside checks with the water drainage from the spickets (due to the air conditioner). He was just so thorough, and knowledgeable, professional and kind. Before he left when the job was done, I told him I wanted to sign up for my next service and request him. He explained everything he did to service my air conditioner and furnace. He explained every thing he was doing, and offered to install my new furnace filter. It was so very wonderful to deal with Joey. I feel that he is truly a professional, who knows furnaces/ac units - inside and out. So professional, polite and knowledgeable. I was thrilled with his work that day, and I am confident that all the technicians are proficient and well trained. But Joey just went that extra mile.
