"We have used Cool Pool Pros since about 2014. They do a great job caring for our pool. We have also had them install a new pool pump as well as a new electric timing system over the years. They have done a great job for us. As snow birds we appreciate the fact that we do not have to worry about anything regarding the pool when we are up North. i recommend them enthusiastically!"

"I've been a customer for almost 3 years getting bi weekly service and never had a problem until recently. They spend a total of 8 mins on our pool which isn't enough time to do anything. Algae began not even 2 days after they've been here. When called to address my issues, the woman who answered the phone just got defensive instead of trying to make the customer happy. That's not good customer service therefore we do not use them and I would not recommend this company to anyone!"

The technician that cleans the pool is always prompt and courteous. This past weekend because some staff were on vacation, the owner of the company and his daughter came to our house knowing that we had a family event and that many kids would be swimming and they helped us to get the pool running correctly.
