"Called in for an estimate on diagnostics and cleaning due to a liquid spilling on laptop. Was told it’ll be $70 for diagnostic and that would include cleaning. Asked to confirm that there were no additional fees and was told no, not unless it’s extensive. Went to location and was told ‘I don’t know who you talked to but we charge $160, then said it would be a month to repair and should probably replace the keyboard ($400+) just in case."
