He diagnosed it, repaired it and had it up and running in no time. Then he pointed out a couple of simple things I could do to help it run better and last longer. He was very courteous, efficient and professional. Lakeside is our go-to a/c company and Dexter is the man!"

"Had them come to do annual check on my A/C and while they were here I was told my blower motor quit working. It was fine until they got here. I paid to have the motor replaced and a week later it burned up and made my smoke alarm go off. Called Lakeside and they told me it was too hot to go in my attic !! They were just in my attic a week ago around the same time of day..So they weren’t going to send anyone until the next day. Needless to say I called a very reputable and more professional company and they were here in 20 minutes and replaced the blower motor for $70.00 less and the technician was able to fix it from the ladder without going all the way in my attic…I would not recommend them to anyone…Apparently they need to change their hours and just close at noon since they won’t go in your attic when it’s hot… This is Florida… it’s always HOT !!! They did NOT handle my situation in a courteous or professional manner…"
