"After hours call. Miguel came promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was professional and very efficient. Would definitely call again."
"Branca's representative Nick inspected our home and discovered several ducts disconnected. He pointed out that the loose duct was allowed the unit to suckup leaves and other matter. Nick re connected the separated sections and sealed them. He moved the main unit on its support allowing for better ventilation. A Lot for one day and we can feel the difference in the air now coming out of the unit. Still to do: a clean up of the coils and a checkout the main unit. I'm truly impressed with Nicks trouble shooting and repair. I would highly recommend Branca's services and found there prices to be very fair. Branca's is my go to air-conditioning repair shop now. He serviced my business AC in a timely manner with my budget in mind using the most affordable option for maintenance on my unit. "Everything about my experience with Branca's AC has been excellent. Frank squeezed me in to diagnose my problem and give me an estimate within an hour of me calling the office. I got three estimates that day and I can personally tell you he is honest and fair. Miguel was out the same day within hours to "patch" me up and keep me cool over the weekend (MUCH APPRECIATED!). Today, Kurt and Nick came and did my install with a very polite, knowledgeable and professional manner. My new unit looks fantastic and they went above and beyond to make it aesthetically pleasing indoors and secure outside. I would highly recommend!!"
