"PLEASE READ!!!!! ATTENTION EVERY POTENTIAL CUSTOMER. I'm so disappointed and ticked off that this company showed it's TRUE colors. I must start of by saying I was scheduled for a service call from my Home warranty thru them for Wednesday and I called Tuesday to verify my appointment I was told 12-4 PM I took off work waited till 5pm called mike the owner he told me he had no record of me on his schedule and he was sorry his wife told me that. He put me on for that next day Thursday. The tech came out spent time there unclogging my pipe and left the portion of my pipe still open and forgot the rubber piece I had placed on there. I came home to my entire garage Flooded!!! And some how re clogged. I called up that same second he apologized and said he will be out tomorrow this time he came put a new cap on fixed the plumbing again because it was rec logged only this time his machine vibrated and knocked over a jack that happen to land on my Grouper fishing pole and snapped the pole almost in half and then I came home again texted the owner and his response was " it was an honest mistake" I asked him to make things right by refunding my service call he kept on justifying he had to come back out to fix the leak again as if it was my problem. Then after all this he told me he would be giving me 75 bucks back to my card I waited a week no refund. Then I asked him he said we don't have your card on file that he will send me a check been 10 days before nothing. If a plumbing company has a hard time refunding 75 bucks good luck getting any serious damages fixed. It's a shame they acted like this beware of this place. Yes they may be nice but in a bind they are dishonest"

"Service? What service? We found this company very unreliable. After two different days of waiting (Appointment 9AM and 1PM), no courtesy call to say they were running late; I called American Home Shield and told them to cancel appointment and find another plumber. AHS then calls Florida Plumbing and the gal at Florida plumbing said the tech didn't have my phone number. Phooey! Who sends out a tech on a work order w/o a contact number??? They then said tech was in my area and would call in a few minutes. Crickets...almost two hours later the guy calls said he was about to leave Tampa (I'm two cities away)and he had two other appointments before he could get to me. I told him not to come! Of course he said he had an emergency. I would have believed him but I was told that two days ago as well. Do you suppose they only have one tech or from the looks of the other reviews, this is par for the course. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but at this point I only have doubts about this company."

"Horrible communication and customer service! 1. I was given a 4 hour window between 10-2. The technician called at 1:30 to say he would not be able to make it until 3. I ran an errand and he showed up and left by 3. NO phone calls, no text messages. nothing. 2. At 4 I called and asked if he was still coming. I was told he took a picture of our front door at 2:43! Travis the office manager stated he doesn't pay his guys to sit and wait! Even though I was home by 3! 3. I was given their name from my home warranty. They did NOT call me within the 24 hours I was told they would. When I called them to schedule, they stated they had 2 business days to call me! 4. Per my home warranty, they had 24 hours to schedule the appointment, which, guess what? They were unable to do! It was scheduled two days later."

"I just wanted to say that our experience with Ray was absolutely amazing. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is working properly and the way it should while giving you a fair price on it all. He takes time in his work and has shown some of the best customer service I have received. It is rare to have someone take care of you like they would take care of family, but I have to say Ray made me feel like he would do all he could to help. Thank you so much for fixing the issue and being an absolute pleasure to work with!!"

"I wanted to take a minute and give a HUGE thank you for the exceptional service I received from this company. We had an emergency and at 10:40PM Ray came out. Well, to make a long story short, he didn't leave until almost 2:30AM with the issue still not being fixed. remind you, we could not use anything that pertained to turning the water on. So, when they said they were sending someone out again today, I was so happy to see it was Ray again. Well, after a few more hours, (over 24 w/o any usage of water) FINALLY found the issue .This man is so patient and pleasant to speak to. In my eyes he went above and beyond any serviceman needed to as he was destined to find the cause of the problem. I also have to include his boss Mike, who I know I drove crazy with the phone calls. At the end, we had a nice conversation and also very thankful that everything was fixed. I know this is a little long, but I like to give credit to where it is due. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again if needed. Good job guys!!!"
