"Called and ordered a screen for my phone. I was told it would need to be ordered and would be in middle of the week. End of the week at the latest and that they would call me when it came in. I called in the middle of the week to check status. At that time they told me it had not been ordered because I did not make a deposit. At no point in any of the conversations I had with them was I told a deposit was required. That also explains why when I ordered a charging port for my phone 4 months earlier no ever called me to have it installed. I made two calls on that one to check status on the port, and again no one mentioned I needed to make a deposit before the part would be ordered."
