Called Rideout and Sons on a Friday afternoon... the answering service had a tech call me... We discussed a plan. On Sunday... I got a call from one of the Rideouts... to confirm the need. "We had a clogged dran line which shutoff our system. We called Rideout and Sons an someone was sent out the same afternoon. Unclogged line and we are up and running. The tech, Lee, noticed that our primary drip pan attached to the unit was cracked and needed to be replaced. He gave us a reasonable estimate, which we approved. The office called this morning to ask if it was convenient for us to have it fixed this morning. Lee and Reece showed up shortly there after. They were in and out in less than an hour.
