"The service response was excellent. Phone calls were answered immediately. The technician fixed the problem and explained what I could do to help make the entire system last a bit longer. I was thinking about replacing the unit because it's 24 years old. However the technician said it still has some life in it. I requested a level two maintenance, which included cleaning the blower fan and the compressor coils. The inspection indicated the inside "A" coil was fine and did not need cleaning.
