"They scheduled a next day appointment. Called the day of and asked if they could come earlier. They were here on time. Looked at the door and realized that it was just off the rail. Just with a slight touch the door was back on track and moving freely. Checked on the squeaky noise and suggested lubricating with an appropriate lubricating fluid. And that was it. Everything worked fine and didn’t even charge me for it. I literally just paid them for gas money to come out here. Honest guys!!"

"I called Sliding Glass door solutions after struggling to free up 3 very large, very stuck sliders. Somehow we had popped one door off track....We were finally able to close them, but figured something was wrong and they'd need repair. John was at our house the very next morning. After thoroughly checking them over, he felt that the quality and working condition of the doors didn't yet warrant repair. He explained thoroughly how to open/close them and maintain the tracks. To top it off, he would not charge us, because estimates are free. It was a pleasure to meet such a nice, professional & honest business owner. I would not hesitate to recommend him, and we'll certainly call him back when necessary!"
"John was fabulous! The wheel on our door broke into several pieces. He got the door out of the track (6 floors up in our condo) and replaced the mechanism speedily. He cleaned the track and told us how to keep it sliding easily. Great experience and reasonable price!"
