"I planned on using Pelican Aire as I have been having issues with my AC but that was before I saw a Pelican Aire can come through my street today (6/10 at about 2:45pm) and the driver was rude to my neighbor who was out in the street. This isn’t a main road, it’s a street in front of homes and adults and especially kids could be out and about and usually are respectful to drivers so there was no reason for rudeness from your driver. I understand one individual does not represent the whole but I expect when individuals are representing the brand that they realize that they are an extension of the brand and provide marketing for said brand out in the community. Please talk to your drivers about common courtesy."
