He did a thorough walk through and determined that there may be some parts not responding correctly..Parts were ordered and he will return when parts arrive. "We overall, had a fine experience however when the "job was done" let me let you know. They think the job is done. Period. So they replaced our full sewer line thru our home. Then at the end of it they back filled it with dirt and cement. They did not even begin to attempt to level it. When we called the company we were told "the job was completed to our specifications." So basically a big huge we are done with you, don't contact us anymore. Well we still have to install flooring over this cement job, and because it's SO BAD the flooring company's, and we've now called 4!!! The cheapest one wants an additional 1200 to level the absolute mess this company left us with which again, was done to their specifications. So on top of the $38,000 we paid this company, we get to add an additional $1,200 onto it cause they can't even level cement. And they couldn't even be bothered to remove the rug they poured cement onto, so yea thats a whole thing too."
