"Called Mr. No Sweat on a Sunday during the August 2023 heat wave after calling a few other places that were booked out until end of day Monday. Even though he couldn't come out the same day, Rich was nice enough to help me diagnose the issue over the phone and have me take some pictures of my outdoor evaporator so he could check for parts and a price quote and come out Monday morning. He arrived on time Monday and checked a few things and found out it wasn't the fan motor that needed replacement but another less expensive part. These guys worked in the hot sun and we're almost attacked by hornets from a nearby nest! They got the 20 year old evaporator up and running in an hour and the cost was much less than quoted given the real issue was not the fan motor. Honest, hardworking and really friendly guys. Highly recommended, I will be having them back to replace my entire aging system soon!"
