"The first job was new construction house.it was done well with no problems except not good communication 2023. This time the rough guy for got to cut hole in duct system in roof an the start up test spent two days trying to get it to blow airbus found the problem. 2 in stage 2 the unit installer didn't seem to know his job very well an wanted to put my inside unit on 2x4 wood With Mudd all around it that looked bad.the communication was much better an the startup tect was great. I give the first house 2023 a 8 because of no problems I give 2 house a 6 because of problems an to watch the guy doing the work. The company seems good an a fair an a better price then most.will give them another try on next house."

"We moved into the new house in October 2022, we never imagined that we would experience such a terrible situation with a new house where MILLS AIR was the AC contractor, over the course of the year the upstairs air conditioning has proven to be insufficient, for my part, I reviewed the same house models and in the community, all the others got 2 large air units were installed outside, my house has a small unit and a large one that is not in harmony with the capacity of the internal units, my house has a shortage capacity, 3 technicians have already come, the last one left some devices taking the temperature for more than 8 days, that's all they have done, I have had several emails with Dr Horton who assign responsibility to Mills, alleging that the county approved the inspection. I asked why they offered different features in my house?, there was no airflow in half the rooms upstairs, there are probably problems with the ducts too. During the summer the electricity bill is $500, I'm sweating in my room while my daughter freezes in hers, so Mills claims that up to 3 or 4 degrees of difference between the temperature of the rooms is normal. In conclusion, the technician told me that I have a 2 ton capacity outside unit married to a 3 ton capacity inside unit, apart from the possible ducting problems that I suspect. In the last calls they have told me that the manager will call me, I'm still waiting... Gentlemen of Google, is there a way to give 0 stars in a review?"
