"Made an appointment to drop off my husband’s computer. When I got there they told me they don’t have the equipment to fix his keyboard. They asked if he got it at Best Buy and I said I wasn’t sure and to let me call him and find out. They said it didn’t matter because they didn’t have the equipment anyway. Come to find out, if he had the Best Buy package (which he does) they should have offered to ship it in for repairs. Absolutely lazy."

"Bought a Rexing R4 dash cam with backup camera and hard wire kit. Scheduled install for today and Mike and Ed were very friendly ,professional and did a great job with the installation and I was in and out in little over an hour.Happy I chose to let them do it and will go there again in the future. "From the basic how to up to the computer upgrades and modifications, the Geeks rule. Recently had my alienware laptop battery replaced and since they were opening it, I had them double the ram and replace the original ssd with a new 1T set. They backed up and reinstalled programs and files. After a few Microsoft program glitches were found and corrected, my laptop is faster than it was from the factory. Make an appointment they are always in demand, that's because they will help you with any of your tech needs. Get a membership, they will be your personal IT department."

"I want to give my utmost thanks to "Yash" at the Geek Squad for helping me out yesterday. Due to a very sudden death in my family, I needed my computer desperately. I went to use it and the battery was dead, I did not know if it was the battery or the cord. I did not know you needed an appointment to be seen, but "Yash" listened to why I needed to know this info so quickly and agreed to look. It turned out it was a simple piece in the cord so it wasn't charging. He was kind enough to go get it himself for me, and encouraged me to please plug it in there at the store and see if it was working correctly before I left. There was a very nice area with tables, chairs and outlets so I could do this. It was exactly what was wrong. I would have given 5 stars, but the price was awful high for just a small piece, and if I did not have a dead-line to adhere to I could have spent time shopping around. Thank you for your understanding of my situation and helping me out."
