Cool Today

"I have been using Cool Today since Jim Heinz's company merged with them. Never a problem, purchased a new unit last year. These guys are great. Today, for a routine maintenance, the company sent Eno Cela. This young man went above and beyond the call of duty. Each step of his maintenance was explained to me , he was extremely accommodating dealing with my condominium board and offered several tips in keeping my AC running efficiently. Eno is exactly what you want when someone comes into your house; communniticave, polite, efficient and personable."

"I had my new AC Unit installed. They did an excellent job. However, after "routine" preventive maintenance I found the ceiling below the air handler was soaking wet and a "river" was flowing in my garage. On Sept. 3 their man came out and fixed apparently a drain fitting allowing the flow outside. He took photos of the ceiling damaged and informed someone would come out to repair the ceiling. as of this date, 11/22/2022 I have had no response."

"Picture of the Box that was promised but never delivered (still unfinished). The condensation on the copper pipes that were never replaced during the original installation and had to come back and redo them on the 3rd or 4th try. Picture of the brand new frozen up system. Not even one payment made. Don't use these ppl. It's 6 weeks and I still have no air conditioning, I am hot!"
