"Buyer BEWARE!!! I initially posted a review and later deleted it because the associate asks you on the spot after giving you your device and BEFORE giving you your final receipt. That is when they tell you, you only get a 7 DAY WARRANTY for Android screen repair. 7 days!!! Anywhere else will give you 30 days and some places up to a year. I started having issues almost immediately after. I have been in the store 3 days in a row and now have to go in a 4th time when the new replacement comes in "under warranty". In the last 3 days I have gotten the run around from an employee not knowing what to do without the approval of the "owner", to the "owner" not responding. Finally on day 2 wanting another associate to check out the device at another store. Today on day 3 that employee stated it was a defective screen from the description of the issue and it should've been taken care of sooner. Now 1 whole day before warranty is up, it makes you feel like they give you the run around on purpose. At a 7 day warranty it also seems like they are out to take advantage of people. The price quoted to me over the phone wasn't the final price either, as the employee mentioned later the price quoted didn't include tax. These are considered Deceptive Business Practices. I asked them to consider the now 4th day coming in after initial repair to offer a credit back to my card on an almost $300 repair which it doesn't seem they would consider other than offering a case at the worth of $10 or a store credit. I would never buy anything from here again."
