"I have never done a review before, but I needed to do this one since I had always had bad experience with AC companies before. BUT, the team from “CoolToday” that they send to my house where fantastic starting from the seller Anna, which was very knowledgeable, ask the correct questions to get me the correct unit I needed and did not push me at all for a specific one, the one we selected had a great prize; all the way to the Tech team (Supervisor Luis, team leader Andres and the other 2 techs Sebastian and Aris). These techs came one day to install the AC, which they did a great job, where very respectful and left everything cleaner then how they found it, (what a different experience than the one I had with the other AC company). Then they came back for 2 days to replace all the AC Duct System because they were 30 years old, and it was time to do it instead of cleaning them. Again, we saw they worked hard for 2 days, every time cleaning after themselves not leaving the house with a mess. They explain everything to us, and we notice the difference inside the house, it was cooler, and the air felt different. I would recommend this company to anybody who is planning to get a new AC, repair/maintenance an old one, get new AC duct or just want them clean. Fantastic team."

"Just had them come out to my house for a tune up that home depot was having. Wasn't expecting much because home depot sometimes just sends whoever. The tech Alex was not only here on time but was very professional, very knowledgeable, and got everything done in a timely manner. But the best part is, he fix a problem with my heater that has not been working since I bought the house in 202. Absolutely recommend them."
