I waited over a month for parts and two weeks for the technician to come. The technician is nothing but a crack head do not want to do the job. Worst experience I ever get"

"American Home Shield contracted them out to repair my refrigerator. Technician came out informed me he did not have the correct part but would put in a similar part but if it become a problem call. Fridge went out 4 months later with the same problem. Call Ramb, Office Manager said, there aren't notes supporting my claim and hung up the phone because I got upset. This is not the first time I've had problems with this company. Please do yourself a favor do not use this company. It should be noted it was my fifth time calling and promised someone would call me back, she got on the phone speaking defensively."

"They were sent by the home warranty company to install a dishwasher. The technician said that I would need to get the correct parts for installation, didn’t tell me what the parts were, and that I would need to get a new drain line installed…to install a dishwasher exactly where we had the old one. I went back to the home warrant who send another company out and was able to install the dishwasher without any problems."
