We needed our A/C replaced - we had been without air for a week. I emailed John's asking for a quote, and within 5 minutes, Kenia called me and made the arrangements. John is very knowledgeable in his field. As we discussed the scope of work, he made practical suggestions that we ended up implementing. His plan and attention to detail, reassuring me that the work would look nice, be up to code, and work the first time, is ultimately what made us choose his company. We were not disappointed. The team of 4 that was sent to my home the day of installation were polite, hard workers. Any questions we had, they were quick to answer, even at the end of the job when I know they were tired, they weren't rushing to leave without first making sure we were set. They worked well together, too - I don't mind hearing talking and laughter as people do a job, they should definitely feel as comfortable as possible while they're working. All of the trash was picked up, work areas swept clean, each part of the installation was done correctly and the attention to detail was spot on. Our whole air system has been updated and looks amazing. We need some additional work done and will be scheduling it with John's A/C. The pricing was fair and within range compared to other quotes we received, but it's the quality of work that sets this company apart and you are absolutely getting what you pay for with them.
