"Success!!! I highly recommend Romo’s! They came in today and did an awesome job! Very thorough and professional guys. I feel this wasn’t just a job it was personal and that they genuinely cared! I will only use Romo’s Plumbing and will share them with everyone!!!! Thank you!!!! Princess I paid $396 last week because my bathroom toilet was stopped up…the plumbers came and “snaked” the toilet from the bathroom…not the roof. Also he “unnamed” my garbage disposal in the kitchen telling me it needs to be replaced and they can do it for $500…I declined. But within hours it was draining slowly again..and by the next day there is water leaking from the actual toilet at the bottom. I text my concerns and have heard nothing back. "What can I say, what a great experience. After dealing with another company that I had a paid service agreement with and they failed to help me all weekend, I called Romo's for help with my hot water heater. Romo called me right back yesterday and talked to me about the issues and said they would be out the next day at 9am. You know what, they actually came out when they said they would. They talked me through either the repair cost or the replacement cost and options. In the end I decide to replace it and they said they could do it that day, we had been without hot water since the weekend. They came back a few hours later with all the parts. Jeff and Josh were amazing, worked quickly and got us back up and running. The install was great they gave me a run down on the system. I cannot say enough great things about them from the first call all the way to the time the truck left, nothing but professional. These guys will be my new go to."
