"I had an appointment scheduled today for 1:40-2:00pm, I'm there by 2:00pm I waited until 2:20pm till I had to ask a manager named Joanie if I could drop off my pc for repair since I had an appointment scheduled and have to be to work at 3:00pm the manager asks me to write my phone number down on a piece of paper then walks to the back for a few minutes then comes back and tells me I have to wait. I just left because I had to go and the way the manager was talking to me was very rude and unpleasant. I will not be returning to this store."

"I had an appointment, another person was seen before me. The repair department did not read the instructions, so now my computer is somewhere in never never land being repaired because it had to be sent off due to no one reading."

"I usually do not post negative reviews but the service received at the millenia store was so awful that I just have to. First I'd like to add this experience was unlike any other store I have ever visited so I would say it is unique to this store. Encounter with three different people and neither would provide any assistance. One pointed me to the website, the other walked away after i waited nearly 15 min for him, not once did he acknowledge my presence and the third a manager said "sorry" and that was that. I left best buy without purchasing a thing and went to home depot instead - purchased three appliances and service was so much better. Sad that this store is indifferent to customers. Products can be purchased anywhere - people skills make the difference as the appliances cost the same. My first option was always best buy but next on my list is TVs - I guess I'll go to bjs instead!"

"If I could give 0 Stars I would. Pointless service. Took my laptop because it was not working to see if they can diagnose an issue with it. She plugs in the charger and tries to turn it on and tells me it is not working…. I KNOW ITS NOT WORKING. THAT WHY I BROUGHT IT. Continues to tell me to get a new laptop. Lol. I wasted an hour of my day. Please don’t waste your time coming here."

"This Best Buy really disappointed me with its appearance. Considering that this store is at a prestige shopping avenue it should give an experience like no other Best Buy. From the entrance to to the entire store appearance it looked out dated and out of order; therefore merchandise did not sell the sizzle. My thoughts was there is no way this is managed by corporate....well I hope not because this store was not Best Buy reputation and customer service."
