My washer was 2 years old but out of warranty so we had to pay for the part , however Sean interacted directly with GE Tech to make sure that the diagnosis was accurate. "Nowhere on their scheduling form did it say that they won't touch an appliance that has been repaired by someone else, nor did they ask on the phone if any repairs had previously been made (even though they called to ask about the warranty on the machine, despite that already being a question on the form). What a waste of everyone's time. Fine if it's your policy, but be clear and upfront about it! When I called to express my frustration about this policy, which could easily have been a question on the scheduling form, the person answering the phone acted like I was completely bonkers for thinking that this should have been stated upfront and LAUGHED at me. I guess losing business is funny."
"My dryer started leaking a little while drying (condensation) and instead of purchasing a new dryer, decided to have Mr. Appliance check it out. My technician was Christian, who was kind, neat and very knowledgeable. He fixed the issue within minutes and didn’t fuss when he learned the dryer is in a cramped space. He also fixed the leg of my dryer (which I didn’t realize was loose). Would definitely hire again should other issues arise."
