"Try to stay away from this company. They ain’t nothing but a rip off. A quote they gave me over the phone raised a red flag. I then called the dealership, to price the parts, just to find out that Dickinson Fleet Services was doubling the price on the parts. You may not see it broken down on your work order like that. But, trust me, they’re blending it in some type of way. By the labor or whatever. I am aware that most mechanic shops up charge on the parts, but not no double price. A mobile diesel mechanic that I told about this situation said, “he use to work for Dickinson Fleet Services, and that that’s the reason he stop working for them, because he couldn’t stand to see hard working owner operates being taken advantage of.” He went on to say that Dickinson Fleet Services have a lot of shiesty people working there. If you go there, do yourself a favor and ask them how many hours of labor, how much per hour, price the parts yourself, and you’ll put 1 and 2 together and see what I’m talking about."

"Horrible service They took 2 months to not even fix my equipment!! They replaced my reservoir, then I started leaking from my heater hoses and they said it was the air compressor. They don’t know what they’re talking about They replaced my oil pan without me asking and now it’s leaking. Lost my business UPDATE: they said they replaced all fuel injectors but they didn’t!! Untrustworthy!!! Don’t believe anything Austin says!!"
