"Ronald and the sales man that was with him were fantastic. They communicated that they were running behind which is perfectly fine. When they arrived they got right to work on fixing the issue and when they spotted something wrong, I got photos and even showed me the part that was wrong while I was there. They broke down the cost and didn’t try to upsell anything. Ac works just fine now and if I ever have any issues I’ll make sure to call them again!"

"My technicians KC and Mike explained to me how to maintain my unit from my side of the deal, meaning how to flush and replace my electrostatic air filters (which by the way I’m still waiting to be delivered to me since August 2023.) they checked my thermostat inside the house as well as my UV light and radiator inside the unit in the garage. They took all precautions on the fan unit and compressor, gas reading and all figures and measures were explained to me step by step as the maintenance inspection occurred. In all,Mike and KC should be commended for a thorough and complete technical inspection as well as keeping me informed at all stages. Thanks for a job well done. "When your AC goes out it can result in a pretty bad day - the heat and the expense can ruin any good day. Del-Air has came through for my family twice. Both times, I was extremely happy with their service. The Tech Ronald was well trained and knew what he was doing, but I really appreciated how polite and honest he was with us. I believe the pricing is competitive, but when you call and someone is there within the hour with great service, that is what makes the difference for me."

"Very disappointed in the service so far. Had a new system installed on 7/5. Had to move an electrical panel out of the way to install handler and shorted out my water heater wiring (haven’t had hot water since) and was told an electrician would be out ASAP to fix panel and still can’t get an answer on when they’ll be out. Can never get ahold of anyone, leave messages and takes forever to hear back only to be told “we’re waiting on electrician manager” or “I’ve passed on your info.” Very frustrating and inconvenient when you have such good reviews from others and were recommended by a well known realtor in the are for your service. Handler also has a leak now and can’t get an answer on remediation of it either. Left huge holes in ceiling where new lines were ran into the attic, and clearly didn’t think a level was necessary when mounting the new thermostat. Very unhappy with my decision to use Del-Air!"
