"Sharp got me out of a jam, I installed a new domestic 310 series toilet and the supply line would not reach the new inlet by a few inches. The Rv has that”Pex” tubing and I didn’t have that type of couplings or tubing to extend. NO WATER for me. So I was given their number by a neighbor in the new RV park we are staying at. I called them and believe it or not a person answered, Ed the owner. I explained my situation and he was kind enough to work me in the same day. His tech (Todd) arrived few hours later and knock the job out. He had the plex fittings with him. While he was there I mentioned my heater element is bad too and I would like him to come back and fix that, he said he could do it now, he checked it out and got right on it. Pretty frickin cool, reasonable too. Highly recommended."

"I would give Sharp RV Services no stars. I Called with propane leak on my RV. Ed told me he wasn’t certified for propane, but said he could come out and look and make sure it was safe and shut down. He and his associate both went under my RV and neither of them closed the propane! A newly hired, but Certified , tech verified that the propane was never turned off by Ed. I called Ed and asked him directly about this and he said he didn’t turn it off, but maybe his associate did. I said I had confirmation this was not turned off and I asked for a refund of the $75 fee he charged for something he didn’t do. He refused."
