"My computer was giving issues took it in October they ran a diagnostics and made recommendations what I needed to do. They were honest about the condition of my laptop. In November my computer died it was a good thing I listened to their recommendations. I now have a new laptop some soft I had added to the one that died they were able to transfer to my new computer with ease! I got another Lenovo Yoga laptop from Best Buy absolutely love this brand. My old computer was also a Lenovo. It got me through all my doctoral assignments and dissertation so when I needed to replace it I knew what brand I wanted."

"Went to buy a TV and ask an employee named Miguel to help us and he told us to wait. Then after a while he passed by me and went to talk to a female employee and ignored me totally. Another employee assisted me and I purchased my tv while Miguel was still talking to his coworker. I should of left but this other employee who's name I forgot won me over."

"I went there to get my printer repaired. Unfortunately, the person on the phone told me they repair printers..... they do not. The techs were nice enough to give it a look, although they couldn't repair it, and let me know what they thought it might be. Bottom line - noone repairs printers any longer."
