"CONSUMER BEWARE - UNPROFESSIONAL, DISCOURTEOUS! This company has been sent to us by our home warranty service company to service our a/c. Took days before they came, and when the technician came did not even introduce himself, did not give his name, did not say goodmorning or anything. But we need to have our a/c fixed so we still let him in our home. We shared with him what the problem was, and without even doing his diligence to do the diagnostics to prove right or wrong about the suspicion of leak in the air handler. He just said I need to send the request to do a leak test for approval. He was on his phone for a few minutes, stood infront of our a/c unit and just stared and looked at the panel of the unit, walked outside to look at the unit outside, and then came back to tell us that he did not get a response. I told him if he will stick around and just wait a bit longer for the insurance company to respond so he can still do the work. He walked outside the door, we thought he will just wait and look at the unit outside, but rather, he got in to his vehicle and drove away. I called our insurance company to report this, and confirmed if they did issue their approval for the work today, and they said they did about 30 mins after the technician was here. Our insurance called them to come back to complete the work, and they refused, and told our insurance company to reassign the work because they will not be able to do the work. I listened to the tech's voice message to us earlier, he had a very thick accent, but I picked up his name I think, as Wilfer. THIS TECHNICIAN DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE OF WORK WITH HIS AWFUL WORK ETHICS."

"Wish I could give this seevice provide -5 starts but since it's not an option I'll settle on 1 star. If your in the mood for unprofessionalism then you got to the right place non existing integrity as well as follow through. Had the tech come out to correct a previous issue, then had the same tech leave unannounced without doing anything. I called the office and the best they could come up with was they could come back in 4 days. Meanwhile, my issue wasn't fixed. I wouldn’t recommend them, but if you do use them, make sure you bring your checkbook because they’re certainly not cheap and find honor the over the phone quotes."

"I was very to have Mario came out it was a 4 o'clock when I call for service because my washer stop in the middle of cicle he told he would come, unbelievable at 5 he called me to let me know he will be in my house at 5:15 and he did very professional clean and respectful, I recommend Reference Air Solution company to everybody."
