"THEY ARE CROOKS!!! I REPEAT, THEY ARE CROOKS!!! I am a single mom with an adult son with autism and these people have taken advantage of me! SHAME ON THEM! They ordered a part on their Amazon account, using my card for payment (I know, dumbb on my part) and never showed up to do the repair. When I called about it, the guy said they'd take care of it. NO ONE HAS COME, MY WATER IS STILL RUNNING, A WEEK LATER AND NO ONE IS ANSWERING MY CALLS!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!"
"Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience dealing with this company. They answered my call on a Sunday immediately and I booked an appointment for the following day to have a backflow preventer replaced. On the day they were supposed to come, they never showed up and I received no communication regarding rescheduling. Also, when speaking to the gentleman who took my call, I had to ask many questions to understand what would be charged for the replacement I was asking for. He was very hesitant to simply tell me what it would cost at first, but after multiple questions and clarifications I was eventually able to get him to divulge the price which was a nominal $25 higher than the business who finally did solve my problem. Overall, I was left with a bad impression from a company that otherwise has been highly reviewed. I don't like writing negative reviews for local small businesses, but I felt it was important to voice what happened for other consumers."
