"OMG do NOT use this guy....Ken Allen is so horrible. He flooded my kitchen, left a hole in my brand new bathroom vanity, the simple shower head he replaced drips, and the toilet continues to run by itself. Home Depot had him on their list of plumbers but I think they will be removing him shortly. He is so unprofessional, several times using the F word in front of me. He also left 3 quarter size holes in my bedroom wall because he couldn't figure out how to hang a mirror. He is a nightmare beware. I would stop payment however I don't want to deal with him or ever have him step foot in my home again. I would give him NO Stars."
