"Our septic was full and on the verge of backing up and it was already 5pm. Rocket rooter was able to come out the very next morning and empty our tank. I didn’t catch the name of the guy who came but he was super knowledgeable and was very helpful explaining everything that was going on. It was a black guy with two dreds. I wish I got his name guy deserves some recognition he was really good."

"Called on a Monday morning after spending the weekend without being able to use the kitchen sink due to a blockage. Doug answered and said he would be out in the afternoon. He arrived about 12:30. He unclogged the drain line and cleaned up his mess. The price was extremely reasonable! Doug was professional and helpful. Offered information about other services they provide. "Yesterday I contacted Doug. I was having issues with my septic backing up. Due to hurricane Ian he could not send anyone out. He was helpful over the phone for some things to do and set an appointment for today. The crew showed up early!! Really nice couple of young men. Got right to work.
