After spending $500.00 plus when they came back a third time I was told was the brain of the refrigerator. my question is why didn't tell me the first time out and now out $500 for no repair. "Michael did an outstanding job repairing our stove. However, GE's communicative skills are lacking. Michael came out on Tues., diagnosed the problem with our Samsung stove and ordered a needed part. We received an email on Friday informing us that our stove would be fixed on Sat. as the part they ordered had come in to our house on Thurs. We waited patiently. Late Sat. we were able to get confirmation that our seervice appointment was rescheduled to this Tues. No notice given causing us a wasted day waiting for a service tech."

"Our technician Stephen was great. He found the problem right away, and also noticed a frayed belt and replaced it. Polite courteous and professional. Highly recommend Sears."

"Biggest negative is the Sears communication. They missed the the first appointments and never called. When I called the wanted to know if they could reschedule next week. When I got upset the checked and found a time today. This is a poor approach to customer service. The real plus was the technician. Good approach, explained everything and made the repair and left in 1/2 hour"

"I wish we had realized that we could get this kind of service years ago from Sears Home Services. It is so difficult to find repair people these days. We have now had two home appliances/tractor repairs from this service. First and foremost, the technician was professional, courteous and persistent! He stuck with the job til all the problems were solved and fully explained what the issues were! Second, I signed up for the home services contract for all of our home appliances and was extremely pleased with the huge discount I got on this service visit. While Home Services is a very affordable service, the discount I received on the tractor repair yesterday (which took about 4 hours!) was amazing. Our ultimate cost was appreciatively low! But Sears Home Services would be nothing without dedicated, knowledgeable courteous technicians, their most valuable resource!"
