"We got to our RV ready to load up for weekend trip. Our slides and all of our inside lites would not turn on. Our storage place gave us Earl’s number. Earl came by within an hour. Great response compared to most mobile techs. Earl methodically went through all troubleshooting steps to no avail. He reached out to additional resources that provided him with further troubleshooting steps. All of us were stumped. We suspected it could be the circuit board on the Firefly controller. Earl then went to local RV repair and returned with further steps. We verified that the board was bad. Earl’s response and tenacity were super. We highly recommend him."

"Earl is a great person who returns your call, shows up when he says he will and calls if he will be delayed. He is knowledgeable, explains the repair, parts and costs. On top of it Earl also has great advice, gives costs for parts and labor with an eye to the best solution but also with consideration of cost too. We have had him fix the sewer pull handle, replace a switch and install new led lights and fix a day/night shade for us. Oh and did I mention that he is a very nice gentleman too?????"

"Upon arriving at our RV this fall, we found that the refrigerator would not cool. Our campground manager suggested we call My Name Is Earl RV Repair, as he had worked in the campground previously and those who used him were very satisfied with his work. I called Earl, left a message and he called me later and said he would be at our RV the next morning by 9 a.m. He was on time and we discussed the problem and he went right to work analyzing the refrigerator. It was a Residential type refrigerator, not a common RV type. After some time evaluating and testing the refrigeration unit, Earl offered that it would be less expensive to replace the unit, than the labor to repair it. He then assisted me in measuring the size to fit the existing location in our RV, and continued to help us find a replacement at a local Lowe's store. I must provide the highest complements to Earl as he was prompt and polite, very knowledgeable, and his straightforward honesty was refreshing. He not only provided knowledge of the refrigerator but by providing support to us in choosing a replacement and saving us hours of research and cash. In my opinion Earl is of superior character and skill, and believes in customer satisfaction. I will continue to use his services as long as he is available . DEB"
