"When I brought my car in for the second time my engine light came on two weeks after I thought it was fixed I expected another big bill. I was surprised when I was told that there was no cost. It takes a caring company for its customers to do this. This is an honest company and it's staff are part of that. Morris and Nick are great. I will be coming to Pep Boys for all my car needs. I would recommend them to everyone."

"Their online appointment system is useless. They let you make an appointment for a certain service at a specific time (which is different from the drop-off option very clearly), only to go there be told you will have to wait behind in line for some other people who have their cars dropped off plus what's funny is they don't even have a time when it will be done, just that "we have a very long line and text you when it's done." The employees need to be educated about this and stop their company from using this appointment system with their store that deceives customers about having an actual appointment time when it's just a drop-off and leave time which is not what is communicated. They either have no integrity to properly provide the services they say they will or just a terrible lack of organization."

"Went in with mother-in-law to get tires. She lives in The Villages and her daughter and I In Ohio. She was worried about getting taken advantage of as she is 85. Your folks in general and Charles in particular were phenomenal. Even gave her a “pretty lady” discount. Nice touch. She got tires that will last longer than her driving will. She will be back for oil changes and she will tell Everyone She Knows about this place. I got huge “husband points”…..HUGE-happy wife/ happy life! Thanks!"

"I have been very pleased with the PEP BOYS on Mulberry Lane recent service of my 2012 Honda CRV. Charles in particular was most helpful. Some time after the servicing, which was quite affordable, the low tire pressure light came on. We stopped by and they added air to all the tires for no additional charge. A couple of weeks after that, the windshield wiper fluid ran out. We stopped by and they filled the reservoir, again at no charge. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The service is prompt and the employees are knowledgeable and friendly."

"These guys are amazing. They do what you ask at a reasonable price and don't try to up sell you. They do a thorough inspection and will recommend things that may need attention. But there is no pressure to have it done then. The things recommended I expected were due because of the mileage. Everything is done to manufactures specs. If you live in the Villages, this should be your go to shop for car service."
