"Luis visited my house to inspect the dryer that had been causing holes in my and my daughter's clothes. He found out that there was a hole in the dryer that was causing the clothes to get sucked in and recommended that the dryer be replaced. However, the Management property called me and said that Luis claimed the dryer could be repaired. I informed them that Luis had recommended a replacement and not a repair. Luis came to my house again to repair the dryer, and he claimed that he had fixed it. As soon as Luis left, I washed and dried my clothes, but unfortunately, the problem persisted."
