"terrible. Cedric came in an insulted the new owner based on a previous owners appliance! Then proceeded to stand there with no toolbox and messed around doing no repairs at all. The customer thought he was a sham, since he did not do any 'repairing' whatsoever. Even had to check if this was a genuine repairman representing a real company, as he had zero skills. And he did NO WORK AT ALL. Do be sure to read the low star reviews - especially Mr Cedric, not sure if this repairman was ever trained. Just a waste of money and you get a side of insults - would not dream of recommending."

"I do not recommend this place at all DO NOT USE THEM!!!! I made the first appointment they told me it was going to be $75 dollars because of the weekend I was fine with that. An that $75 was going to be applied to the bill at the end after it was fixed. They told me they were going to show up between 8am-11am They didn’t not show up until 2-1/2 hours later. Because they tech don’t have a phone and they have no gps. Really how they do business that way I have no ideas. Then they tell me that they have to order the part and they would come back Monday. Between 8am and 11am So Monday comes and I call 3 time in the morning to make sure that they are going to be at my house the time they said they were going to be. I get told each time That they will “call me back that they are going to call the the tech to make sure”. They finally call me back 30min before the Tech is supposed to be there and say “Oh he’s on his way”. So then I get another call 45mins after the tech supposed to be there from the tech that barely speaks English Telling me that oh they can find the part Or that the company doesn’t make that park it’s discontinued. So basically they can’t help me and that I just payed them $75 for nothing. So I call the office and did a lot of complaining about my whole experience and they finally tell me they are going to give my money back. So yes I’m going to get my money back but The whole this is a big inconvenience and I had to throw all of the food that was there because I could jot longer keep it on ice."
"I had to book an appointment a week away. They didn't show up for the appointment, call or cancel. I was able to track them down by calling multiple times. They rescheduled me for the following day. The following day, I called them at the end of my appointment window and was informed they, in-fact, were not coming at all, and were never going to be able to come. I was annoyed that I was with a dishwasher for 9 days and pushed into a weekend to look for a company to come out. They had to put a hold on my credit card to do all of that."
