"They are very good and and did excellent work had a new toilet put in and it didn't take but a hour."
"I've used Anytime Plumbing on multiple occasions when things popped up in my home. They are always quick, professional, and quality. They are my go-to for plumbing issues."
"Called to fix my water Spicket break inside the outside wall. APC responded within the hour. First tech Chad very polite, but recognized another tech would be needed to repair this issue. He spoke to the office manager, which directed another technician to respond to the call and advised me he should be there within 45 minutes to an hour which he was right on the spot. John worked diligently to repair the problem which he did as well patched the hole on the outside wall around the water Spicket. The cost of the repair was was quite reasonable based on labor hours and parts in my opinion. Would highly recommend this company."
"A plumber and an assistant(Bill & Chad) came last December 26 at 8:30AM. After They saw he faucet to be replaced, they went outside and phoned ATP. When they returned Bill gave me to sign, a "Contract Agreement/Invoice" for outlining the work, with an estimated price. When I asked for a copy, Bill refused and told me he had to finish the job first. He told me they were going to get the faucet and valves at Home Depot. When my wife suggested that we joined then at the store to ensure she liked the faucet, Bill adamantly opposed it, said he would go back to his office instead. A manager at ATP (Pete) told me the job would have to re-scheduled! When the completed the faucet installation, presented a bill of $615.00, more than twice that we expected. To replace 2 angle valves they charged $160 and to replace the faucet $150 and out of nowhere they added a LABOR charge of $367.50, (it took them less than an hour to do the job and took them less than 3 hours from the time they arrived!) I suspected the installation was faulty and looked for the Allen & Roth manual to make sure. To my surprise, I found it in the garbage can when I went next day. I then confirmed that the faucet was installed 180 degrees from the correct orientation! and further that ATP used instead the 2 access valves we gave Bill and he threw away the two "Shark Bytes" they had bought at Lowes, which were still inside their sealed plastic covers!!! I spoke to ATP and they scheduled to send Pete with a plumber on a certain date. Chad, the assistant to Bill in the initial installation, was the only one who showed up and completed the job OK. I had planned to discuss this matter with Pete in person but gave up on ATP!"
"I contacted them due to my next door neighbor's recommendation. I spoke to Peter and was told that they would be able to replace my AO Smith hot water heater that was under warranty. He told me that all I needed to do was contact the manufacturer and get a RO#, which I did. He set up an appointment for the next morning. I received a V/M from Darlene the next morning to call them before they could send someone out. I spoke to Darlene and she informed that they could not come out and do the warranty exchange. I told her that I was very specific when I spoke to Peter that it was told it could be done with no problems. She then proceeded to tell me that they do not fix other companies mistakes. I told her that this was not another companies mistake and that the unit failed and it was covered under warranty. I was then told that they could not do it for the price I was quoted ($650) and that it would cost closer to ($1000) due to the amount of paperwork that needed to done (not my problem). She said that I needed to contact the company that installed it and have them do it. After reading the warranty nowhere does it say that this is the case. I told her that I did and that they no longer service my area and that's why I contacted them. She then told me that they don't do warranty service for AO Smith and that I would have to purchase a new unit and have them install it. I said again that that was not what I was told by Peter and her response was: Sir, I going to tell yo this one more time, I'm 62 years old and I spend 35+ years in retail with the majority of my career in management. That statement is demeaning and completely unnecessary, so our conversation was over. If this is their idea of customer service, I would highly recommend that you do not contact them. If I could give them 0 stars I would have."
