"If you call in make sure you have the exact part number, otherwise you get this long speech about nothing that pertains to you. I was hoping to get an estimate on a front wheel but the guy didn’t stop talking about carburetors in a variety of places like California v Maine. So I just went on line to a big box store and ordered what I needed for a price I was hoping to get cheaper from a local business. If you live in the area I would suggest stopping in with the part you are looking for and not calling on the phone. It was pointless."

"TERRIBLE SERVICE. I should have read all the negative reviews, even though a neighbor recommended them. Dropped off my mower on 8/11 mid afternoon for a regular service, oil change, filter, check belts and reseal a front tire. Tammy said it would take 1 week to estimate the service needed, then the mower would be fixed the following week. Naturally no calls or emails, so on 8/23 I replied to her original email from 8/11. No response at all. I called Thursday morning 8/24 and gave my name, Eddie said I'm the owner and I'm going to personally estimate your mower today and call you Friday, I'll also send pictures for your review. Naturally no call, no email on Friday. I called Saturday morning 8/26 at 8:03 AM and asked for an update on my mower, Tammy asked my name, when I gave it to her, she said sorry, I'm with someone picking up their mower and I'm the only one here. I will call you right back. I said, I just need an update, she was very RUDE and said I'll try and call you back. I said never mind, I'll be there in a few minutes, have my mower ready for pickup. I got there at 8:15 and naturally No one was there picking up a mower, the back gates where not even unlocked... Eddie asked if he could help me and I said I need to pick up my mower. He asked if it was ready and I said no, you guys have not done anything at all. As an owner he could not even say I'm so sorry, I know I promised you on Thursday but (and make up a lie). He said to go inside and tell Tammy, I said no, she knows I'm here to pick it up. Then I had to go around back and find it and drive it out. I love to support small business owners, but I would stay away from this one. If you can't manage your business by keeping your word, or at least let your customers know your TERRIBLE at estimating how long you will take to even look at the mower. You would not receive so much negative reviews. I'll gladly go back to driving 45 minutes the real shop I should have never left."
