"My finace'e just bought and is in the process of moving into this community, but the the posted hours that the condo association has are far removed from the reality of the business hours they keep. We thought they worked 9:00-noon. B- We had to pay an extra $100 to expedite the Estappo letter to verify that the title company received it in time for the closing from the condo board. Some-times they answer the phone some-times they don't. Like all condo associations its run by volunteers,just keep this in mind in case you anything done quickly. C- The grounds are kept neat and clean and seems like a very quiet community."
