"I rented an apartment for six years and my landlord used them for 'NOTHING THEY DID' Before l go any further l must say that my former landlord is the 'BEST a landlord will ever be...' After l did my exit walk-through with these people and checked off one item that l am responsible for... l was surprised when they sent me a piece of paper with an additional 2 more items/charges. UNPROFESSIONAL... they sent me a piece of paper 'cutting.. yes, cutting off' the 'OWNER and TOTAL' columns and left the 'TENNANT'S' column... very shabby job. I disputed the claim and paid what l originally agreed to. They collected the landlord's $$$ and did '0'. I realized from very early in my lease that these people are very UNPROFESSIONAL so l avoided them at all means. I wish my former landlord would find someone else to care for his property. PLEASE, PLEASE, SAVE YOUR DIGNITY... DO NOT USE THEM!!!!"

"Have to agree with what the other reviewers are saying here. After we survived the hurricane with no shutters on the windows the Property Manager called and told us the owner is selling, at $15,000.00 more than appraised value, and if we want to stay here we need to buy. Screwed up my criminal background check, I'm a licensed Security Officer in Florida, and told my wife I was a Felon; turns out they had the wrong name and SS number, said it was my fault. Agents are rude and lazy, The only one there with any sense at all is the lady who works the window."

"This company is always late with their responses , and never bother to pick up the phone. Sincerely I feel nobody cares for us once you sign the contract with them. A hurricane is approaching West Palm Beach and I've been emailing and asking them to please take necessary measures with the condo shutters and they won't even reply. It's always hard to reach them and I cant help but feel they don't care for us because we live abroad."

"The contracts of this company have clauses that permit them to represent a landlord against his will for years, to collect rental commissions forever, and to even to get sale commissions from property sold when it's not listed with them! The owner says that they go to court and win against their clients. Use your judgment about dealing with them."
