"I found Good Guys AC & Heating through the Next Door App when I was looking for a company to change out my current thermostat to a Ecobee Smart thermostat. Donnie Yeats was the tech assigned to the job and a date & time for the appointment was set. On the day of the appointment Donnie called to inform me that he was running a few minutes late, but was on his way. It was refreshing to actually get a call from a service company to inform you that they may be late. Donnie arrived a few minutes after the appointment time, donned shoe booties (raining) and went straight to work. In a few minutes the old device was removed and the new smart thermostat was installed. He also ensured that the device app was downloaded and the thermostat was working properly. Overall great job.
