"Last night around 5pm all 3 of our toilets backed up simultaneously. A neighbor called Mitch and within 30 minutes Rex Wilson arrived to analyze the problem. He was an awesome addition to Mitch's team and spent the next couple of hours clearing all the lines to the septic system, locating the septic tank, digging up the top of the tank, locating the cap, pulling the cap off the tank, cleaning the filter, and preparing the tank for pumping out. He was polite, prepared, knowledgeable, and determined to solve our problem regardless of how much time it took him away from his wife and kids. In todays world there are few young men that can measure up to Rex. He is an asset to Mitch and Mitch Duncan & Sons is a great asset to the communities this business serves. God Bless"
