"Brought my ‘92 Kubota B6200 in for an ignition wiring replacement/repair. They confirmed that they would do the job and needed a couple weeks to get me a quote as the wiring diagram might be hard to track down. No problem, I came back by three weeks later, they did not have the quote ready. Two more weeks goes by, still no quote. Over the course of almost 5 months, June-November, I came in person to check on the status/request my quote. Every time was the same, apologies about not getting the quote to me, promises that I would have my quote by that afternoon or next day. They never once answered their phone, hence going in person half a dozen times. Finally one day I came by and picked up my tractor unannounced and took it back home to do the work myself. Go somewhere else if you need tractor/generator/lawnmower repairs. Worst service I have ever experienced."

"I brought in my Zero-Turn lawn mower for repair. The drive belt had come off so it would not move forward or back. I asked them to change all of the belts. They called me the next day to let me know that the lawn mower was running rough and suggested a carburetor clean. This made sense as the mower had not been cranked in 3 months due to the broken drive belt. I agreed. The lawn mower was finished the next day. Quick service and a fair price. I was very happy."

"Worst customer service, they never answer their phone, never call you back...picked up my mower had it for 3 weeks for a carburetor clean, brought it back my blades wouldn't engage., Blades were fine went they picked it up...I called them multiple times until they answered, they said they would come look at it, never showed up ...3 days in a row they said they were coming ...horrible service....had to pay someone to cut my grass on top of having another mechanic fix my mower... apparently, the cord and spring that engages the blades was rusted from sitting outside for 3 weeks ...yes they left my mower outside the entire time it was there , uncovered from the elements....don't take your business here, they don't care at all about customer satisfaction.....or your equipment....Period!"

"Expensive repairs and they put the bolts for my boots on my 4 wheeler backward which tore them immediately. Long wait for them and no communication. $600 wasted."

"Worst customer experience ever! I had to give 1 star in order to post this - but I would give minus stars if possible. So much went wrong with my experience with this company it would take too long to type out a review. My mower is still not right and I am going to have to pay someone else to correct what they didn't fix."
